This meal work feels really appropriate for a summer's evening, but can work just as well in winter, bringing back those sunshine memories through the paprika and cumin flavours.
If you are cooking for only traditional eaters, you can add the meat balls once cooked to the Spanish Butter Bean casserole. If you have vegans/vegetarians at the table, keep the two dishes separate - although you may want to serve the meat balls in a dish with some tomato sauce to show them off better.
Served with rice or crusty bread, and a salad, it couldn't be easier - plus you can make it all in advance.
