Here's a great idea for a mid-week BBQ menu that's quick and easy! We had this last night on one of this summer's hottest evenings. Its especially good if you get a decent piece of steak from the butcher but many supermarkets offer great quality steak at very affordable prices.
When I serve this menu, I find the Butter Bean Spinach Bake is as popular with the meat lovers as the vegans/vegetarians.
Vine tomatoes - quartered or sliced, and served at room temperature OR tomato and basil salad
New potatoes, boiled until al dente
