A weekday supper that ticks all the boxes in my view - simple, tasty, and saucy. Great comfort food too! The chicken breasts work well - either plain or marinated - with the butter bean and spinach bake. Add a salad with bread or potatoes, and its a nutritious meal all ready to eat.
