Lamb Koftas

Ingredients:


500g lamb mince

1 tbsp ground cumin

2 tsp ground coriander

2 garlic cloves

1 tbsp chopped mint

8-10 wooden skewers, soaked for an hour in warm water


Instructions:


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius if not using a BBQ.


Mix together all the ingredients above in a large bowl until all the spices are well distributed. Take a handful of the mixture and squeeze it onto the skewers, one at a time, ensuring it is well distributed around the skewer and feels well-packed. Brush with olive oil.

When ready to cook, place the skewers on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked through. Alternatively, place on a barbecue for 10 minutes.
